This week join our host Bec Martin for a fantastic Med Ed episode with Mr Andrew Danks, an experienced and expert adult and paediatric neurosurgeon!

Mr. Danks trained in the Australasian system, working in all major Victorian neurosurgical units before completing a doctorate by thesis in the field of brain tumour biology. He then completed a joint clinical fellowship at The Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston and Boston Children’s Hospital in neuro-oncology and paediatric neurosurgery. Mr Danks has served as the head of the neurosurgery unit at Monash Health for over twenty years and plans to retire later this year.
