You have to build resilience on purpose, before you need it. In this episode, Chris and Kiley break down the Six Domains of Resilience and how they interact to form a foundation for a more resilient life. The Six Domains of Resilience: Vision – sense of purpose, clear goals, clarify priorities and guide decisions. Composure – ability to stay calm and in-control when facing stress or adversity. Reasoning – creatively solve problems through action-oriented thinking. Health – forming good habits, exploring gut health, good vs bad stressors. Tenacity – stay optimistic and persevere.
