Things start to heat up in minute 116 as Nichols is tired of Kimble's tenacity. A tussle follows with Nichols having the upper hand for a while before Kimble plays more dirty and knees him....somewhere. They stumble out of some doors to find themselves on the roof of the hotel. Back in the ballroom, Deputy Sam and his team are escorted by security who give a cabin crew description of the exits in the room. Newman spots Kimble on the roof and tells Sam. A helicopter circles the roof while the two MDs tussle, ending with Kimble kicking Nichols down a flight of metal stairs.
