When your hormones are out of balance in peri menopause and menopause, exercise registers as Stress on the body and the body will HOLD weight as energy and fat to ‘fight it’ or ‘run from the British’. So many women, including myself have lost a lot of weight with no exercise with calories and macros awareness and only started exercising when the hormones are balanced.
