This episode opens with a discussion of how Odie was barking at Pretty Girl earlier. Mike and Torya describe what happened in detail. The description should make any person laugh. Mike talks about how he loves that Odie is albino. Mike describes how Pretty Girl dealt with Odie.
Mike then goes into a rant about some ladies at Chili's during their dinner who were so loud. They acted like they were in a bar and were oblivious to others around them. Mike doesn't understand why loud people aren't more careful about their volume.
Mike transitions to discuss how some people are so selfish that they make you uncomfortable.  He compares this to the situation with the loud people.
