Today’s episode sees us joined by Ben Jury director of New Forest Water Park. A true family ran business. Ben tells us about how he and his sister took over running the park from their parents. He talks us through how he has made tough, big decisions when it comes to purchases for the business and the joy of seeing them pay off. We also discussed the importance of staff and looking after them well, particularly for a seasonal business where you want to retain staff year on year where possible.
