We'll walk through an overview of how long each homeowner is staying in their current home vs historic levels, discuss the impact to supply of investors (both individual and corporate investors), and break down how new construction levels have contributed to the lack of supply we have in the market. We'll also provide our thoughts on different programs that have been proposed to improve the situation and ideas we have to make it better!
