On this episode we get into the lived experiences of having survived a toxic marriage with my beloved brother Thato Lehutso. Thato speaks openly and honestly about how being on the receiving end of toxicity impacted his relationship with himself and his spirituality. He walks us through how this reality affected his psyche as a man and how he has learnt to navigate romantic relationships after a long period of psychological abuse and trauma.
