Happy New Year!

It's a new year, but we're still in the middle of winter, which is the seed time for creation. That means it's a great time to go intentionally inward so that come spring our seeds can sprout and blossom, then continue to flourish in the summer, and we'll be able to enjoy the fruits of our harvest in the fall in preparation for winter again.

This is our seasonal nature! How can we step into this new year flow to let go of what no longer serves us and move forward with more clarity in all our dimensions? I'll be going over some tips to
- detox and cleanse the body
- add clarity to the mind
- sort through emotions, and
- embrace our spiritual nature

I'll also share some of my adventures over the holidays, including another in-flight medical emergency!
