In Process Mapping I talk about the need for accurate, detailed process maps before starting your project. These are an essential foundation before you start your systems project. Even the simplest process has complications that become visible when mapped.
The talk is based on the experience I have gained through my involvement in a number of systems projects. I hope that you find it useful.
