An embodied spirituality: one that demands that we know our very real, very alive world here on planet earth as we simultaneously learn to go within, know ourselves ever-more-deeply, and learn the discerning path of healing, of transformation, and of wild & deep fulfillment. More about Katie....When I left my life as a Biomedical Researcher in pursuit of a path that could truly help heal the world, I didn't expect my greatest teacher to come in the form of Earth, herself. But that's what happened! Along with guidance from a diverse set of ancient wisdom traditions (such as yoga, tantra, Buddhism, shamanism, and more), and along with the guidance of some phenomenal modern teachers, I've been able to carve out my own path out of a modern industrial complex and, moment by moment, learn to choose what is healing and nurturing and joyful and fulfilling for myself! Here, I teach this so that you can create your own embodied path as well.As a trail runner and rock climber, it is my bond with the great outdoors that taught me deep truths about our misalignment with Nature and our own selves. Here, may we step into conversation focused on re-alignment with our true nature.
