What a time to be alive. It's been a whole year of the pandemic... I'm sure many of us have learned a lot about ourselves and been through a BUNCH of emotional phases. Here I share the main themes that have surfaced for me: my relationship with work, how I strive for perfection, my constant need to be problem-solving or 'doing' (plus what influences our programming on a societal level). With this, I reflect on how I can start to make the ride of life a bit easier, ending on some questions we could all ask ourselves!
