Every born-again believer is indwelt by the Holy Spirit the moment that they are saved. As we yield our lives and agenda to the Holy Spirit and we let the Holy Spirit work in us and through us, the power to be Christ’s “witnesses” in the world is available to us. As Christians, we have a Biblical mandate to “go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation” and to let our “light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.
