A 5 minute episode to listen to whilst downing your coffee before the baby wakes up, or you have to start work or head out on the school run!In this episode I talk about little things we can all add into our lives in order to prioritise ourselves just that little bit more!I share with you 5 simple things that I add into my days in order to invest just a tiny bit more time into myself.I talk about my love of tapping meditations/emotional freedom technique.
