1 in 6 children and young people have a diagnosable mental health condition. This week, Emma is joined by one of the most engaged mental health campaigners Ben West. At the age of just 17, Ben’s world changed forever when he unexpectedly, lost his younger brother to suicide. The next 6 years have been spent channelling his pain into a drive for spreading awareness and campaigning about mental health and suicide prevention, especially in education.
