The Milestone Pursuit podcast started in the lockdown of spring 2020 as a way of supporting people with their running when we could only run alone. It began with Mindfulness in Running (featured in The Guardian) and now provides 3 things;Workouts, where I (Steve) record a training session for you to download and run along with me as if I'm there with youRecovery Rambles, where I run easy around the beautiful Epping Forest and talk about something on my mindConversations with the Elites as part of our scheme to invest in underfunded British Elite Marathon runners.The podcast has spawned some off-shoots in the form of:Marathon Milestones, a podcast coaching programme like couch-to-5k but for the marathonEarly Milestones, a podcast coaching programme to support people trying to get better at 5k and 10kThe Milestone Pursuit Running Club, where we provide a community of graduates of Early Milestones with ongoing sessions to help them maintain and further improve their running fitness.Detail are on our website and at our Patreon pageThe Milestone Pursuit is an action-oriented performance coaching business, operating in running and in business.
