Jon Campopiano is the Executive Director for Secondary schools in the San Ramon Unified School District in San Ramon, CA.  However....his path made a lot of stops before he got there.  He was a teacher/coach at Northgate High School for many years, which is where I first met him.  This episode was one I had wanted to do for a long time, because we get to talk about our love for education and the opportunity to work with teens.  Campo (as I always call him) is a great leader, and that will be evident from our conversation.  It was important for me to have him as a guest because I want everyone to have the chance to hear his philosophies on education, teens, and why he does what he does.  We cover many topics, from his growth as a teacher and administrator and father....to looking back on funny memories we have from coaching freshman football together at Northgate many years ago.  Campo is a bright light in the district admin world....and I know you'll enjoy the talk.  Listen wherever you get your podcasts...and please rate and review!Email: [email protected]: ahniebpe
