[Note: we recorded this episode before it was clear how the blacklisting of Editional art would actually be implemented by the various sites, including OpenSea].

That discussion led to talk on crypto KYC, blockchain-based identity solutions, fraud prevention solutions on the part of NFT marketplaces, potential IP-related issues concerning digital art and an attempt on my part at clarifying what @connie meant in his recent headline post entitled Artists who tokenize on their own personal verified smart contract can always prove authenticity.
