Rich Diviney is an ex Navy SEAL officer with over 20 years of service. This included more than 13 overseas deployments - 11 of which were to Iraq and Afghanistan. Through his career he achieved multiple leadership positions, including Commanding Officer of Navy SEAL command.  Since leaving the military, Rich has pursued his passion of helping people, teams and organisations discover and accelerate the full range of their potential. This has culminated in him authoring a book called 'The Attributes', where he outlines the 25 hidden drivers of optimal performance.
