Sultan Moraished is the Group Head of Technology and Corporate Excellence at Red Sea Global, with a background in banking. Sultan joined us to discuss the work culture at Red Sea Global, and the importance of “ihsan” (good will) in working within and across teams when operating at the gigaproject scale. Sultan also explains the importance of tech folks operating as enablers within an institution, and how we can replicate examples of technological excellence across the country. Finally, we talk about the importance of not overusing AI for environmental reasons and the importance of cybersecurity awareness.
