More about Jason: Jason White is a performance health coach at Cenegenics. With a background as a CrossFit coach, personal trainer, and former police officer, he brings a unique perspective to health and fitness. After serving in the army with multiple tours in Iraq, he pursued his passion for fitness, earning certifications from NASM and obtaining degrees in health and human performance and exercise and wellness. Family is central to Jason’s life. He met his wife at CrossFit, and they now have two children. Together, he and his family enjoy outdoor adventures and he and his wife have even competed together in the Tactical Games.
