Listen "Finding balance with ancient remedies - Part 2"
Episode Synopsis
When it comes to health, the new normal seems to be experiencing pains and niggles all the time, without an apparent reason. It’s as if we had lost touch with our own body, mind and emotions. But, is that really 'normal'?
In the second part of this interview, Rachael Haley, registered Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist based in Sydney, shares with us how Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) can helps us get that connection back and feel once again in tune with our body. Rachael also shares with us some of the effects that long term stress can have in us, the types of techniques TCM can help us with and why symptom relief is just one aspect of healing.
I hope the second part of this conversation brings you great value!
Have a gorgeous week!
