Dr. Wood has researched attorney credibility for a number of years and shares his insights on the importance of the credibility of both plaintiff and defense attorneys to jurors during the litigation process. They discuss what jurors see that makes them believe that an attorney is or is not credible, what factors they like and don't like to see from an attorney, and what attorneys can do to be seen as more credible by jurors.
