So what I'm (Paula) talking about is the issue of charging for site visits. Now I say issue , generally it's clients that might have an issue with paying for site visits, and sometimes it's the landscaper or business owner that is too scared to charge for site visits, because they're concerned that they might not get the clients in, their enquiries might dry up.You need to start charging for your time. And the reason I say this is the more we all charge for our time and the more we charge for our site visits and the quotations that we do for our clients, the more they'll see it as the norm.And the more likely they are to then pay and see our value.
