In this week’s podcast episode Charlotte and Paula are talking about the busy period and making sure you’re taking care of yourself.
Do you feel like you’re in a tunnel where if you keep going, you will get to a magical place and you won’t have as much work to do? Unfortunately, you will never reach that place! Staying in these tunnels can have a negative impact on your business and your health, so we’re giving you all the tips on self-care:
TIP 1: Schedule self-care, whether that is watching your favourite film or going to the gym.
TIP 2: Schedule yourself work hours, for example, if you have children stop working when they get home.
TIP 3: Switching off the work side on your phone for example past 6 pm you don’t answer work calls and wait until the next day to call them back. Also maybe even having 2 phones, 1 for work and 1 for personal things to have that separation from work life.
TIP 4: Plan your days even if it just the night before or on a weekly basis.
