In this week’s podcast episode, It’s a ‘S’ Show I am discussing three factors that can move your business forward when the sh*t hits the fan and in normal circumstances too!
I am sharing a bit about what is happening in my life right now and how this has impacted on my businesses and what we can do to keep moving forward. It can be difficult to stay on track when external factors happen that you have no control over but there are three things that I did this week that ensured I did stay on track and has kept me in a positive frame of mind.
Show up - keep showing up for your business in whatever way feels good for you
Get supported - whether that be by family, friends, business coach or peers
Get Sh*t done - exactly what it says just start getting stuff done
There are always going to be problems that need navigating in life and business and the key is to focus on possible solutions not problems. The only way to get the space needed to do this is to get the support in order to show up, solve the problems and get sh*t done. Simple!
This leads me onto an important element of this topic - mindset. How do you get your mind back in the game? DECIDE to! That’s it. You just have to decide to show up, ask for or invest in the support and get sh*t done. You get to decide if you make a success of your
