The fundamental core of any spiritual practice ... any meditation.. any teaching of self evolution and peace or love.....  has the components in one way or another of separating the storytellers tale...... from the awareness of who's hearing the story being told... how the play by play narrative we have overlaying every NOW moment developed...Is this story and it's opinions.. views and responses correct..???   Is it us...  How can we be AWARE of IT... and "IT" at the same time...??. that must mean there are two of us ... In this episode.. we lift the veil and uncover the Storyteller.....  while we meet our TRUE selves again... or Maybe for the first time ..... : )
