Today we dive deep into the unconscious energy that might be attached to a previous role that we used to play.. or a situation of our family life that we aren't ready to let go of yet... It took me decades to understand that many of the choices I made in my "adult" life were actually that of a scared or broken child that wanted something from my birth family... or wanted to be seen as something amazing in their eyes and the eyes of others.... What this lead to was a version of me that played a character in the world of needing to have it all together... while underneath was the energy of a confused, hurt, broken and needy child...   There comes a point where we know we are ready to shift our situation.. we are ready to be the person we know exists inside of us, and we are ready to go within to ask ourselves why we do what we do, tolerate what we tolerate, or respond how we resond...
