You've done all of this work to uncover the story you've been telling, and what new story you want to tell... But do you actually feel worthy of having the life you're asking for? Of acheiving that goal?  In this episode, we dive into where unworthiness comes from, and how that can show up in day to day life as denying ourselves good things, rejecting compliments or gifts from others, or not allowing ourselves to take action on our goals. Action Step Today:  Think about the best life you can imagine for yourself-- Do you feel worthy of recieving it?  How do you respond when someone offers you a gift, a compliment, or a favor? Practice being a receiver of good things today, and notice how it feels in your body.
