Sesshin Reminders by Bhashkar PerincherySesshin (a term applied to the Japanese ZEN tradition for an intense orientation to consciousness) is a time when, in addition to the daily meditative exercises, there is also a late evening meditation session always beginning one week before the full moon at 22:15 each night at Life Surfers House Freiburg. But the most importantsupport comes from the two reminders given by Bhashkar Perinchery which can be mostly embedded in daily life without additional time and therefore can be practiced. It is a very valuable part of the sesshin week. It is intended that each participant practice these reminders for at least three to seven weeks.
