Listen "Passionately live compassion- A Sesshin Reminder "

Episode Synopsis

Sesshin Reminders by Bhashkar Perinchery

Sesshin (a term applied to the Japanese ZEN tradition for an intense orientation to consciousness) is a time when, in addition to the daily meditative exercises, there is also a late evening meditation session always beginning one week before the full moon at 22:15 each night at Life Surfers House Freiburg. But the most important

support comes from the two reminders given by Bhashkar Perinchery which can be mostly embedded in daily life without additional time and therefore can be practiced. It is a very valuable part of the sesshin week. It is intended that each participant practice these reminders for at least three to seven weeks. It brings attention to the basic principles that should contribute to a fulfilling joyful life.

These recordings were made as part of the January 2019 Sesshin Reminders. Even-though it might seem old it is still valuable and relevant!
