You're expected to be elevated faster and the organization needs you elevated faster.
One of the greatest challenges for young leaders is depression which is fueled by anxiety.
They may not have the wisdom, but they have the passion.
Work On Your Who.
Internal: Focus on self-awareness and identity.
External: Focus on the relationships you're building.

Having a strong spiritual foundation.
Having a long-term mindset.
Having the right answer instead of asking the right questions.
