Ian Kirkby is the founder and owner of Aspire Management Consultancy Ltd, a firm which offers coaching, mentoring, training and consultancy services to help leaders, teams and organisations fulfil their potential. Kirkby founded the business back in 2012 after years of work in the aviation sector including with the Royal Air Force. He first branched into training in 2010, working as an enterprise architect consultant for JCSys Ltd for two years prior to founding the business.
