In this wonderful episode, Tierashia Adair, shares how the Lord planted seeds of greatness in her heart and life at an early age.Tierashia Adair was born in Galveston, Texas but grew up in Hempstead, Texas. She is a wife to Deacon James Adair and a mother of three children. She currently resides in Prairie View, Texas.As a child, Tiereshia knew she wanted to be a professional writer and started journaling. She remembers writing as an escape for her since she could not talk to her parents. Tierashia received Jesus as her Lord and Savior at the age of 8. She later had a dream that she would be speaking to many people in large stadiums. At the age of 23, she accepted her call to ministry.She is an ordained minister, a speaker, an author, a writer, a Faith & Purpose mentor for women, and an educational consultant. She loves to Encourage, Educate, and Empower people in all that God has purposed her to do. She does this as a natural part of her daily life and through the products and services she provides through her for-profit (T. Adair Enterprises, LLC) and non-profit (AMOL: A Message of Love, Inc.) businesses.Tierashia has background training and experience in education; in which she served 14 years as a public school elementary teacher.
