People who decide to become business owners in the physical therapy space typically don't have the dream to do so. It usually arises as a need, due to lack of time, being on someone else's schedule, or just feeling like things could be better. Kelly used her experience of what she liked and disliked, along with knowing she needed to be present in her growing family to open up PTU in 2016, a physical therapy clinic in Bridgewater, MA. Since then she has been able to open two more locations, serve multiple communities and spend time with her family. Kelly dives in to the ins and outs of creating a brick and mortar practice, being successful with an insurance model and the importance of hard work and resilience.
