Ray Bartone hired me at Aceto Corp. back in the early 2000's and thence began my first leg in the nutritional marathon. There are a great many things I learned from Ray but the most influential lesson was understanding sales is a function of follow-up and only follow-up. Be excellent with follow-up and be excellent in sales. He was a long tenured executive at Aceto Corp. until he chose to step away from the industry at the end of 2019. Proud to be able to share this conversation with one of my mentors during which we discuss healthy living, compassion in management, and some experiences from the past year during the pandemic.
