Aubrey Hopkins, a Billings, Montana native created a one acre sunflower field in the heart of Billings in 2023 after noticing a need for more outdoor activities and places for people to gather. Last year, she hosted Billings’ first Sunflower Festival and after witnessing the community’s overwhelming support and excitement, she plans to
