Listen "Charting the Path"
Episode Synopsis
The OR can be a lot to take in as a patient, and can be the source of a lot of stress and misunderstanding. So what does JPS do differently in the OR to communicate better with patients and team members to cultivate a positive and safe environment for all? Tatiyana Giddings and Brian Maschino get to listen to some voices from the OR and sit with RN clinical manager Allison Nelson to hear about the huddle process, and all the hands it takes to keep this well-oiled machine running. This wraps up our 4th season of The JPS Podcast. We're proud of how far we've come, and you all make this possible.
