 Welcome welcome welcome so this is episode we will be talking about intuition. Intuition is from Latin “to look upon” so really it’s to contemplate and gain insight. So something I've noticed is a lot of people struggling to discern what is the voice of intuition from whatever other things might be going on in your head. Usually the egoic voice of fear versus the inner guide. So, we're going to go over some lovely little techniques for y'all to just cultivate more connection to that inner guide, that intuition, so that you can hear better what is the best option for you. The voice of intuition is always going to be motivated by love, it's going to be quieter than the egoic fear voice. You know, the ego voice is going to be like “Don't do this it's going to hurt! We're going to- We should be afraid! Change is scary!” so if you find yourself in that mindset a lot, then you know who's running the show. “So connecting with your intuition is slowing down, creating space, creating some quiet so that you can hear that inner voice of Love telling you “Everything's going to work out, it's all good, it's all okay, it's great, just chill bro.” Even if things don't turn out how you think they ought to, it’s better to make a decision that is in alignment with the essence of your being rather than opposed to it. So, here are some techniques to help you connect better with your intuition. Technique #1: tune in to your emotions. Your emotions are the translation of vibration through your body. If there is an emotional disturbance of some sort, if you've been thinking in more fear-based thought patterns, that's going to appear in your emotions. Through anxieties, frustration, annoyance, anger. In fact, you know me, I’ve gotta do it, emotion means move out in Latin. To remove, agitate, stir up, push away. An agitation in the soul. I've also heard people say emotion is energy in motion so whatever is moving through you are things that you can observe and become aware of. If you're feeling frustration, if you're feeling guilt, if you’re feeling anything. t=Try and observe that and say okay, where is this coming from, what am I thinking about? So it's really good to Tune In through meditation, through just you know reflection upon your thoughts etc, etc. Technique #2: listen to your body.
