Luke Spano is the managing director and co-founder of Avid Collective, a network of digital media brands (for example, 'Where To') that use a unique short-form video format to promote other brands on social media. These brands include eBay, Krispy Kreme and Costco. Their content reaches 6 million Australians each month. Luke and I discuss the challenges of starting a business, how to expand a business, how to build culture and create incentives for employees, and the rewards that come from entrepreneurship more generally.
