Gavin is a man of faith who strives to get better each day.
In this episode, you will learn from his early childhood of dyslexia to his father having a stroke and his wife's long battle with cancer. We began this conversation with our epic ultra-run in South Carolina to complete the most miles we have ever covered. Since this was the first time Gavin and I met, we talked about how important it is to surround yourself with the right people, why doing hard things helps you in life, and how to grow from these experiences.
