The words that come to me for Mike are tough, patriotic, family and Christ-centered, and a man of discipline.
We first met doing the 4x4x48 Goggins Challenge two years ago.  He has been a great friend ever since and we are in the Sons of Thunder Men's group.  We were also recently were in the 5150 mission where he ran 80 miles at the Country Mile. 
Mike is also a published author, who wrote a phenomenal book, Ultra Marriage.  The stories in his book are authentic, real, and very helpful for new or tenured couples.  His main message is that the family unit is the most powerful force in America.
Currently, he is finishing a new book on prayer and is part of the All Day Running Club.  He is a multi-dimensional thinker, experienced screenwriter, endurance athlete, and family man to his beautiful wife and two children.
