Rob Matthews is the owner of a contracting company for home renovations.  He lives in Canada with his family and is an avid reader, massive music fan, runner and weight loss enthusiast.  Rob suffered from anxiety and depression recently, and at one point could not even get out of bed because it was so bad.  He has faced many demons internally but once He came to Christ, he found peace and is now sharing his testimony to others in how impactful being a Christian really is in our day and age.  
In our discussion, we talk about what it means to be a modern day man and are their similarities between a man and a disciple of Christ?  This was an eventful conversation that allowed us to touch on specific actions you can do to alleviate stress/anxiety and move forward in your life, transformed as a new person.
