In this episode, I sit down with Tim Douglas to talk about his journey in newly becoming a member of the ultra-running world community.  I trained Tim by giving him a 12-week plan to help him complete this difficult task of running a 50K in Florida.  He completed this race at the end of January 2022 and met his goal of running it under 8 hours.  Tim is eager to continue to push himself in running longer races and finding out more about himself along the way.
