Linda expresses her concern for nursing homes and assisted living facilities across the country, exposing the dangers of cuts in federal funding, and lack of legislation passed to protect senior citizens patients. She explains that a great number of these homes are more interested in the money for themselves rather than patient care, which is why she's dedicated to being a whistleblower for the incredible problem.
Later, Linda and Janice agree that COVID-19 has highlighted flaws within assisted living facilities that have been in the dark for far too long.
