As PM Modi prepares to host an all party meet of J&K political parties, the fear of rolling back on the gains made from the nullification of the Art. 370 looms large on the landscape of the UT. Whether full Statehood is going to be offered remains to be seen but the failures are already too many. Recalling:  1. Delimitation on 2011 census, 2.
