It's not long now until the Perth Italian Festival is back, it's April 5th 11am-10pm at Langley Park. The Festival is back for it's second year following the enormous success in 2024 thanks to Frank Miranda aka Mr Accordion Man and the hard working committee members who volunteer their time and skills to put this event together. This year Alexander is part of the committee and is one of the MCs of the Festival. We were so grateful for the opportunity to chat with him, we had a lot of fun chatting about our shared experiences as Italian Australians and hearing about his story. We are also very happy to be able to share some information with our listeners about what they can look forward to at the Festival:-Firstly, it's a free event and the day is for everyone, not just Italians-Throughout the day there will be live entertainment across two stages-an Italian Mercato with a variety of fashion and jewellery-Italian car display-food, food, food-coffee, wine and spritz-kids activities and ridesAfter dark there will be fireworks and DJ Gorgz will be there to transform the festival into an Italian Dance Party.
