Our relationship with our body can be so challenging. Trust me, it's something I still struggle with on a consistent basis. Often, I find my relationship with my body is at it's worst when I'm solely focused on how my body looks. In this meditation, practice healing your relationship with your body by focusing on what your body does for you not how it looks.
