The study revealed the effect of seemingly impressive verbal financial assertions that are actually meaningless on people's behaviour.

Mario Klenzer and Gustav Tinghög join us to reveal a series of fascinating findings from their research which was sparked by an interest in how confusing the financial landscape could be for consumers whether they were looking at a banking product, insurance, or making an investment.
