Today is all about looking into our mindless habits - how do you distract yourself? How are you feeling knowing the local mall is closed, the shops are shut, you can’t go and ‘put on a bet’ - I’m pretty sure you can still buy plastic food..... but on the whole, the most common way humans distract themselves from the awkwardness of not doing something is to go somewhere for no real purpose and with no thought. That’s ok, but in this time of expansion and growth it’s the perfect day for you to face the mirror and observe or become aware how you do actually distract yourself. Once you do that life can become a lot more fun for you as we can then create space for it.... enjoy and have a fabulous day!
